Welcome to SPLASHYSTUDIOS LLC.

This document serves two purposes:

• the legal terms governing use of our platforms and services
• a clear statement of how and why these products exist

By accessing or using any SPLASHYSTUDIOS LLC product, website, or service — including but not limited to The Splash Club, SplashyPages, SplashyRecords.com, and related domains — you agree to these terms.

1. What This Is

SPLASHYSTUDIOS LLC is an independent creative studio and software company.

We build:

• publishing platforms
• business tools
• AI-assisted products
• community and content infrastructure

Some products are public and discussion-based.
Others are business-facing and transactional.

All are governed by these terms.

2. Accounts & Identity

• Use one account and use it honestly.
  You may choose your name, brand, or project identity as long as it is not misleading, impersonating, or abusive.

• No manipulation.
  Multiple accounts used to game visibility, ratings, traffic, or system behavior are not allowed.

• No automation.
  Accounts must be operated by a human. Bots, scripts, or automated usage are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

• You own your content.
  SPLASHYSTUDIOS LLC does not claim ownership of content you create or publish.

• License to operate the service.
  By publishing content or business information, you grant SPLASHYSTUDIOS LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and distribute that content solely for operating, maintaining, and promoting the service.

• Public content may be persistent.
  Some content (such as published pages, posts, or comments) may remain visible even if an account is closed, in order to preserve context, integrity, or historical record.

4. SplashyPages & Business Content

SplashyPages allows users to create business-facing pages that:

• present business information
• answer customer questions using an AI assistant
• capture and route inquiries or leads

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all business information you provide.

You agree not to:

• publish false or misleading business claims
• impersonate another business or individual
• use SplashyPages for spam, scams, or deceptive lead generation
• attempt to manipulate search engines, ad systems, or traffic sources

5. AI-Assisted Features

Some SPLASHYSTUDIOS LLC products include AI-generated or AI-assisted responses.

You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated based on the information you provide
• AI output may be imperfect or incomplete
• AI features are intended to assist, not replace, human judgment

You agree not to use AI features to generate:

• deceptive, abusive, or illegal content
• impersonation or misrepresentation
• content intended to bypass moderation or safety systems

We reserve the right to limit, modify, or suspend AI functionality to maintain platform quality and safety.

6. Content Visibility & Moderation

We manage visibility in order to maintain usefulness and signal quality.

Content may be:

• reviewed
• restricted from discovery
• marked as spam
• removed from public feeds

Moderation decisions may be automated, manual, or contextual.

Spam-marked content may remain visible on the author’s profile or account but may be excluded from public discovery.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post, publish, or engage in content or behavior that includes:

• hate speech, threats, or targeted harassment
• impersonation or deceptive identity use
• illegal, pornographic, or exploitative material
• malicious links, malware, or phishing
• content intended solely to disrupt or abuse the platform

We reserve the right to act when behavior undermines the purpose or integrity of the service.

8. Membership, Trials & Paid Plans

• Account creation is required to access certain features.
• Some products may offer free access, trials, or limited functionality.
• Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually and are clearly disclosed at purchase.

Trials may:

• expire automatically
• restrict publishing or visibility after expiration
• require upgrade to maintain service access

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Privacy & Data

• We collect only what is necessary to operate the service (account data, content, usage data, basic analytics).
• We do not sell user data.
• We do not operate third-party behavioral advertising on user content.

10. Platform Availability
